US Form 8865 & 8858 - for partnership based in UK

If I am filing a US FOrm 8865 for a partnership as a category 3 filer, do I also have to file a form 8858? I own 50 percent of a partnership. Am I considered to be the tax owner?

You designate a tax owner, who is one of the US partners in the firm. If you are the only US partner, by default you are the tax owner.
