Is that wrong?  ;)

Also, bear in mind that, like all reality shows, it's highly edited. You're only seeing the bits deemed by the producers to be the most entertaining.

Which is the reason I don't hate Lucinda yet.  Do I think she'll win?  No.  Do I think that she's probably better than the producers make her out to be?  Definitely.  The audition process for this show is STRENUOUS, so I seriously doubt Lucinda's as incompetent as the editing makes her out to be.  I don't want her to go because I think she's dumb...I just want her to go because I'm sick of seeing her on the show :P.

Not wrong. Just not what I expected.

Actually, I like it better because it's more of a comedy now.

What a bunch of idiots - cream of the crop...yeah right. If i was going to employ any of them it would be;

Raif - Pr Manager
Clare - running the credit control team

Lucinda - organising the xmas party - burlesque theme probably...lol

and i'm sorry if i offend anyone but in business i find it hard to take seriously guys with a west country accent - good decision Sir Al.....

I didn't mind his accent, but I agree that it was the right decision.  How you could take the only gay in the village seriously in big business is beyond me!  ;D

Maybe, but I can't stand Alan Sugar's accent either, and it hasn't stopped him from succeeding in business, has it?  :)

Kevin definitely deserved to be fired. But that said, I was hoping he would fire Jenny as well. I cannot stand her, and her  idea was beyond stupid. Kevin was an idiot to bring Sara into the boardroom (as was Clare to try and blame the failure on her), especially after Alan Sugar had said only 2 seconds prior that he had already decided they were ganging up on her! Sara does seem kind of useless, but Jenny totally railroaded her (I often wish they would 'go to the video tape' in the boardroom when the contestants start to get into a he-said/she-said arguement).

I don't know if I would consider this part of his accent, but Kevin's inability to pronounce the 'th' sound, was driving me nuts. 'I've had a Porsche since I was twenty-free' Argh!!!

I'm enjoying this season, but finding it so difficult to watch some of the tasks, as all the characters start with the boardroom blame game before they even begin the task. Alex is especially guilty of this. I think that's just a symptom of any reality series, when the contestants have already seen a few series of the show.

Right now, I would say I want Raef to win.

I agree. They're all too familiar with how it works by now.  :-\\\\

Very true, it's just a personal thing - I just find local yocal type accents really funny especially when the person is being serious about something.

I thought it was out of order the grilling that they gave Sarah on the return to the house - has she manged a task yet, i've not seen every episode?

Completely out of order! (and another reason I like Raef for doing the decent thing and telling them to stop.)

She has managed a task--can't remember which one, but she did fine. I think it was one of those tasks where both teams were completely crap, but her team managed to win in the end. I don't think she's amazing by any stretch of the imagination, and should probably go in due course, but I don't think she deserved that either! All credit to her for not losing it while they just yelled at her.

I found it really uncomfortable watching and was amazed at her composure, I was waiting on her to burst into tears at any moment!

Didn't she do the bollywood themed pub task?

Yes, that sounds right.

Agreed!  I couldn't stand Raef before last night, and then I kinda fell in love with him when he stood up for Sara.  :)

I love Raef in his Noel Coward dressing gown! And I love Lucinda in her berets of many colours! The rest of them are so dull.

I like Sara in her own way (even though I don't think she has what it takes to win), but it was pure b!tch the way that Jenny & Clare gained up on her.  It was like a bad tag-team and the ONLY reason Kevin named Clare to go into the boardroom with him was he thought he might be saved if they both gang up against Sara.  Ridiculous, as he just sealed his fate by not inviting Jenny - she's the only other LOGICAL person to have been fired.

I really, really don't like Jenny (and especially Jenny and Clare in combination!).  She's extremely pig-headed, bossy and outspoken.  She does NOT manage well, picks blatant favorites and always thinks HER ideas are best.  Last night was a perfect example...we of course don't know all the circumstances, but Sara blatantly DID try to contribute and was totally sidelined by the b!tch cool club.  I sincerely hope those 2 are separated on the next task, or I might have to chuck something at the TV.

I rather like Raef, so him sticking up for Sara doesn't surprise me at all.  I think he genuinely wants to avoid the b!tchiness and wants everyone to get along.  It was disgusting how that guy (can't remember his name...the really tall one) railed on Sara the INSTANT they came back to the house...he wasn't even on her team!!  She has been team leader before (the Bollywood pub night), and I'm not saying she was totally spectacular, but she did do a pretty good job.

I think almost everyone has lead a team now...Alex hasn't done it since the 1st episode, right?  He's been smart and keeping his head down LOW to stay out of the team b!tch fights, but eventually he'll have to stand up and DO something or another.

Michael did an appalling job at leadership, but they won by default of the other team's sh!t idea.

Raef!  Raef!  Raef! :P (the dressing gown and pjs was classic...)

Haha those were the exact same reasons I told my husband why I loved them last night!  ;D
