Economic Stimulus Payment Notice

Hi I got this in the mail today about Congress passing it into law..something about being entitled to a payment of up to 600 dollars if you filed taxes..did anyone else get this? 

do we actually qualify for this if we didnt work in the US and only worked in the UK?

it would be a nice bonus

I think it all depends on how much tax you've paid to the US government.

If you haven't paid any tax, I don't think you will get anything back.
