I just saw Brokeback Mountain for the first time last week. Cried like a baby, obviously. And that was before I remembered about Heath Ledger.
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"

Ben Hur! Bought it on DVD and howled through the crucifixion scene last night.

And I'm an atheist! (But a sucker for Hollywood string-pulling).

Into the Wild -- saw it on a transatlantic flight back to the US last month.  Best film I've seen in years.  I just ordered a copy for myself today! :)

Well all I can say is I must be a little emotional this week! I think its a combination of feeling ill for the last two weeks and stressed over wedding organising! Of all the films I could have cried to....I cried at ET yesterday!!! I have seen that film a billion times but yesterday it made me boo! lol! I think it was ET going home! and Chris coming home soon in the next few weeks!...Man I am truly pathetic! lol.

Becoming a sentimental fool in my old age.. ::)

HA!! You too?! I was watching the scene where ET died and I had to keep telling myself, "but he comes back to life!" And then when he was finally going home...I went through about 4 tissues! Why do I cry at things even when I know the ending?  ::)

Does anyone do the "oh no I'm not crying I just have something in my eye" trick when your husband is in the room? I get so embarrassed when I cry at movies in front of him...

Things We Lost In The Fire
I watched it on my last flight to the US and cried through the entire film. It was so utterly depressing and after a couple glasses of red wine, I just couldn't stop!  :P
