Ugh, I burnt my dinner.

I just spend like 30 minutes making Tempeh Chili and I left it to simmer, and LOST TRACK OF TIME and its bloody burnt.

However, I actually think that the burnt bits make it taste that much nicer and smokier.
(lets hope my husband buys that)

With chili, you might get away with it. It totally doesn't work with oatmeal  :)

Exactly, the secret behind good Mexican food is charring, so you just added that twist to the chili!  ;)
