about to leave the UK and P85

We are planning to move from UK to NL , What I need to do like with
pension, tax, ....etc..
Shoud I expect to recieve some money back from hmrc if I am in high tax range?
I was told that I should filled P85 below.

You would only typically be entitled to a refund if you do not claim the remittance basis in the year of departure.

In terms of pensions you may be able to transfer a UK plan to a QROPS in Holland, but this may create a US tax liability.

If you are non-UK domiciled then since 6 April 2008 you have been able to choose the arising basis & report worldwide income & gains or the remittance basis & only report income arising in or remitted to the UK.

What did you claim on your last UK return?

Hello
I moved to UK on jul 2006 and I just move out  to Europe on August 2008 and I am not resident or citizen of UK as now.

Hope that UK will not ask to pay tax  on my current job in Europe too.
