can he still enter onthe visa??

I have been missing around here for a while as my marriage fell into free fall, Chris got out of the military, and well the transition, his PTSD and everything else, without going into detail, he did not travel on his spousal visa on the 21st March.
We have worked a lot on things, and have made plans for him to come the end of the summer, my question is will he still be able to use this visa, or will we have to apply for a new one, the date says valid from 21st March 08 to 21st March 2010.  Any help in answering this question woudl be most appreciated

That's fine.  You'll have a bridging issue in Feb 2010, but he's certainly good to go.

He can still use that visa, but it's as Garry says, he won't be eligible for ILR until 2 years after he first enters the country.  I'm sorry to hear about what happened.

If you're not meeting him at the airport, it would be a good idea for him to carry a letter from you showing that you are still in a relationship.
