Hot?
What's that got to do with it?!   ;D

I eat ice cream and ice lollies all year round!  :)

Oh, I eat it year-round, too. It just seems that the effort to make them requires a lovely hot summer's day. :D

Soup after Memorial Day? Hmmm, I'm sure I've broken that rule though not often. But now I'm thinking about cold soups in summer - yum!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

All this pudding and pumpkin talk is making me drool!

I'm hoping to make my first trip to Lupe Pintos in the near future so now I'm looking forward to some Jello pudding!

It's never 'hot' here.  Hot to me will always be Gulf coastal Texas hot.

This will never never approach.

I'm making soup for tomorrow's tea.

which one are you going to?

Not entirely sure, but probably Edinburgh. We spent a day there last year and got sucked into the tourist traps (like the dungeon thingy) and would love to go back again to really see the city.

Funny this thread went the pudding pop route, I happen to have sitting here a recipe for the ones my mom made in the 80's-90's!!  She had the molds from Tupperware (yes they still make them)  and here it goes just in case you need it.  1 small pack of instant pudding, 1/2 cup powder coffee creamer and 2 1/2 cups of milk.  Blend, pour and freeze!  And yes you using paper cups works great because you can just peel them off and toss them!  Anyways, good luck with whatever you decide to do with them!

Just a thought.... When I was in my twenties I had to baby sit all my neices and nephews a lot.... I used to makes pudding pops with the small chocolate molds.... which kept them happy and guessing what I would come up with next.
Might be fun for those of you who have kids in the summer time..... Works well with frozen juice/ice lollies too...

How did we end up going from frozen pudding to hot soup?

I have pudding too and forgot about pudding pops. How could I?!!! Anyway, do you need to put anything in the mold so it doesn't stick or just pour it in?
