Red Riding - I enjoyed it but DW had a big problem understanding the broad Yorkshire accents and slang.

Same here...we love Real Time with Bill Maher, that is the only reason why we pay for HBO.  ;)

DH and I really enjoyed Being Human - except we had missed the first couple of episodes.  Fortunately, those episodes were still on I-Player so we were able to catch them up last night.  :)

Another show we need to catch up is a new Yorkshire-based crime drama - described as 'Yorkshire noir' - called Red Riding.  The premiere episode was just shown Thursday night.

I'll be interested to know how you get on with the accents and slang as DW really had a problem understanding it.
