Ok, so this has probably been asked a million times on here before, but the Home Office website is confusing and I can't make head nor tail of it.
I am a UK citizen, my husband is a US citizen. We married in the US in November last year, currently going through adjustment of status for me to remain here.
For financial reasons, we have decided to call this home for the time being, until we have the money to move back to the UK.
In the future, we would like to move back to the UK and settle there together.
How do we go about doing this?
Which visas would we need, how much would it cost, where do we apply, what are the requirements, etc.
I really would appreciate some help on this.
