If you're needing help with filing your US taxes, the US Consulate in Edinburgh has a lady who volunteers her time helping Americans prepare their returns.
I emailed them at Edinburgh-Info@state.gov, and they forwarded my information to the volunteer, who then contacted me herself. I met with her in person at the consulate, and she was able to prepare the last two years of tax forms for me in about 45 minutes.
