PASSED with no professional lessons.
« on: June 17, 2008, 12:50:46 PM »
I passed my driving test on my first try!! And the amazing bit? I didn't have a single lesson off anyone besides DH.  Granted, we worked quite hard over the passed 6 months and driving consumed a few hours every Saturday and Sunday which was a pain but Im soooo realived its OVER!  Ive got the biggest smile on my face now!  ;D

Thank you... if anyone needs a driving theory/practical DVD then PM me with your address I will gladly post it to you, free of charge!  First PM gets it.

It has practice theory tests, hazard perception and mock practical tests.  Really helpful and is the 2007/2008 edition.  :)

Oh congrats to you! I'm jealous you didn't need lessons...

I really am not a good driver I've decided...Yesterday I ended up on the right side of the road coming off a one way street, it didn't even occur in my brain to get on the left until a car came right at me...ooopppsssss
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I am so glad that you proved you don't have to spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds on driving lessons but simply practicing and learning  and common sense was enough!  Good on ya!!!! :)

Good for you!  Wonder if I could do the same... am nervous about bickering if i just rely on DH to teach me, as I sometimes get easily frustrated... one of my better qualities... :)
