T1 legacy FLR applications
« on: June 27, 2008, 10:46:16 PM »
I received a letter from UKBA today which said in part...

I am writing to inform you the from the 30th of June 2008 applications for International Graduates Scheme - FLR(IGS), Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme - FLR(FTWISS) and Writers, Artists and Composers - FLR(O) categories will no longer be considered within the Public Enquiry Office under the premium 'Same-day Service'...

It goes on to make a few more points, but the gist of this letter is to point out that switching out of the above legacy categories into T1 is now deemed complex.  I had not considered this previously, and don't especially have a problem with it, but thought to pass the word along for anyone in these categories.

They will probably define a few more legacy categories to be complex during the T2 and T5 roll-outs.

Eyes wide peeps.
