I think we're getting married at Christmas time this year (something simple in San Francisco or Napa) but like many of you- no ring yet.   He says he's waiting until he can afford something nice and propose properly and surprise me.  But, at least I know I'm not the only one not technically engaged but still making plans. :)

We're going to Paris for my birthday, and I have a slight hunch about that.  We'll see.

We got engaged 1 August 08 in England :) I'm going back again from mid-Dec to early Jan. Then hopefully moving over for good May 09!

We are getting married 12 July 2009 at the Swan Hotel - Newby Bridge in the Lake District. Soooo pretty! http://www.swanhotel.com

Having something to plan and work on really helps the time go by while we're apart.

11 May 2009 - Fiancee Visa approved
17 May 2009 - Moved to the UK
12 July 2009 - Wedding Day!!!
21 Sep 2009 - FLR (M) approved in Liverpool
