Sorry have a sick toddler on my hands at the mo... will post back as soon as I can!  What kind of breads do you like?  US sweeter ones?  Italian?  French?  Do you want quicker ones or ones that take time with starters?

Let me know and I will post away!

Hmmm, so many choices. Italian and French breads are good.  Starters, do you mean like sourdough? Yum.  Really, I'm open, just trying to improve my bread making, period!
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

Could I have the recipe for Portuguese Sweet bread?  I use to have it used to make french bread in Nantucket.  I loved it.

I'm between houses at the moment and all my worldly possessions (including cookbooks) are in storage. I'm fairly sure it was something I found on the internet, though, so you could have a search and see what you come up with. I'll do the same and let you know if I find it.  :)
