GB is doing really well in the rowing competition so far in both men and women's. Go Britain!!!

Has anyone tried watching the Mens Gymnastics highlights on BBC iplayer today?

I can't seem to get any sound on it (all I get is Sue Barker saying 'Well, it's nighttime...' in the first couple of seconds and then it fades out to silence for the rest of the programme). I managed to play the Opening Ceremony and Badminton programmes just fine on the iplayer a few minutes ago (with sound), so I don't think it's a problem with the sound settings on my laptop (pretty much the only suggestion I could find in the Help section).

If anyone has tried it, have you been able to view it with sound?

The wonderful thing about the Olympics is that we can all rejoice in our common humanity and that heros can be made anywhere

WTF?  :-\\\\...really? Well i'm not disappointed at that but I'm kinda sad that it's coming out and they are trying to cause an uprawr and make people doubt their intentions. I think China has really tried and it's showed...why try to spoil it? ::)

That swimming this morning was amazing.  I thought the American had it in the bag and then the Brit just leapt forward with only about 10 yards to go.  I don't think she could believe it either!

My favorite to watch is the synchronized diving! China was simply amazing to watch at that one.

Not a huge sports fan.  I am happy to catch snippets of gymnastics because my sisters were both competitive and it's what I gre up watching.  The only other thing I want to watch is the GBR v USA women's hockey match next Monday.  A friend from highschool plays on the USA women's team and I want to see how she does.  It's on at 1:00-2:30 am!!!   I will definitely be recording that one on sky plus.
