On boxing day my leftovers meal which i love love love is a turkey and mashed potato sandwich with loads of butter. When DH first saw me eat it he looked to my family to ask if it was normal to which they shook their heads. It is so yummy i could eat one right now

Also, peanut butter and salt & vinegar crisp sandwiches

I also like salted popcorn with M&Ms thing

Okay, my husband thinks this is weird:

potato chips and ketchup  ::)

Instead of fries I do it with potato chips, I don't think it's weird!

Toast with lots of melted butter, raw organic honey, and sea salt. It is HEAVEN! :)

Actually, that sounds so good, I might try it.  Sea salt makes everything better.

I agree! Try putting a sprinkling of sea salt in a mug of hot chocolate. DELISH!

There's a chocolate maker in San Diego that I miss dearly. His place is called Eclipse; he makes a choc with lavender and sea salt. Oooh, and hot chocolate with chili powder.
Here's the link. http://eclipsechocolat.com/

I do that when I make hot chocolate from scratch! Sea salt is also good on melted caramel over vanilla ice cream. ;D

An old boss of mine, this adorable old French man, told me to try toast with bitter chocolate shavings and sea salt. Is this a French thing or his own thing? Never tried it, kinda tempted. I prefer sweet with my salt though.

Have you ever tried fresh ground black pepper on good quality vanilla ice cream? Shockingly good. Saw it on some food show.   :D

Don't know about the sea salt, but chocolate on bread is a classic French snack.

Homemade mashed potatoes with American applesauce on top. We've always eaten them that way in my family so I thought it was normal until I told people  :P It really is good though.

Tuna salad for a sandwich w/ chopped apples in it.

Strawberries dipped in sour cream w/ brown sugar.

Stick of cream cheese with salsa poured over it as a dip for crackers/tortilla chips.

Forgot about dipping fries in a Wendy's frosty - that was also good back in the day.
