Type in your birthday in Wikipedia (month spelled out - it doesn't matter if you use the British or American order) and you will bring up an article listing all the important historical events, births and deaths of famous people, and holidays on your birthday.

I was born on National Creamsicle Day (US)!

I was born on the same day the British National Health Service Act was enacted - only it was 16 years ahead of my time.

This is great - I used this for the date of my mum and dads wedding day 40 years ago to tailor a gift for them  :)
