Can't access email!

I haven't been able to retrieve my UKY email since June. I know that there were some problems around then and wonder if it's related. I can sign in to UKY (obviously) but can't download my email into Outlook. Anyone else having this problem? Or, can anyone tell me how to fix it? Thanks!

I've not had problems with it but then again I don't think mine downloads to outlook...it's just on the website.  :-\\\\
