If we rented a flat privately, through Loot

What kinds of fees/costs would be associated with that instead of going through an estate agent?

I tried looking back at old posts but thought i'd ask....just in case.  :)

   There should be no fees apart from whatever the contract says as loot is just an advertising media and you dont pay them anything. ;)
