Are there people that don't?! haha My mom brought me a box of graham crackers that I'm debating paying out the nose for pudding to make icebox cake but then I would be a sad human being eating my cake alone as my husband will probably be like "it's too sweet!"
it's graham crackers that end up getting all soft and delicious because it's sandwiched between layers of chocolate and vanilla pudding and then whacked in the fridge

Oh dear.... your husband says my thing: "It's too sweet!" Don't get me wrong. I do like sweet things but if I eat too much, I feel ill, so I often skip it altogether. My poor husband... he loves sweets and while I almost never think of dessert, that's his favourite part of every meal.
Here's a simple recipe for pudding if you can't find the boxes for cheap. Know that "cornstarch" over here is called "cornflour". Everything else is pretty straightforward.
