2 cups of shredded mozzarella
2 eggs
Spices to taste
I use fennel, sea salt, chili flakes, black pepper, oregano and parsley.
Mix with a fork.
Spread on a pizza pan or baking tray.
Bake at 220 until browned, about 15 minutes.
Add your favourite toppings and return to the oven for about 8 minutes.
