Ok, so those peppered steak slices from Tesco (Ginsters?).

They can't be good for me, but they are really nice out of the oven on a chilly night, I gotta say!

That's how I do it, but I need to use a tin of evaporated coconut milk, as my husband can't eat dairy.

Oh good Albatross.  Not to hijack this thread but I was thinking about you last night.

I was watching the series Dogs on Netflix and one episode was about a dog sanctuary in Costa Rica. Costa Rica has something like 2 million stray dogs and this sanctuary has about 1200 dogs on the premises.

If it is on UK Netflix, give it a watch..
