Thanks Nan D., I’m filing away the fact that Annies makes them too.

Dude, I respect your vegetarianism, but I could design a better box.  That looks like something you would eat to increase the amount of fiber in your diet.

It does look designed by a committee that fell asleep halfway through, like a lot of this stuff. But they had me at Mmm (even if I have concerns they aren't all that).

I've been properly jonsin' for egg rolls. Probably due to JFKimberly. It's been ages ago that she posted, but I really want.

Egg rolls are why I want Chinese leaf!  Man... When I bought my pork mince, I portioned it into 250g portions and vacuum-packed and froze them.  I have a packet of pork mince ready to go, carrots, all the spices, and the ingredients for egg roll wrappers.  I just need the right kind of cabbage.  (And to change the oil in the deep fryer.)

I am so jonesing for mesquite-smoked pit bbq on a soft roll, with a side of coleslaw, french fries, and bread and butter pickles. And a big glass of iced tea, full of ice.....

sigh ::)

Hmmm, that brisket looks promising. Where abouts is this in London? We're coming down in September (or possibly November) and if there's "real" BBQ there I am definitely interested in making a sizeable dent in the supply of it!

There are a few good, more authentic places in London for bbq. This one was near London Bridge Station

Hmmm. Well, we'd be staying at the Girl Scouts' B&B near to the Belsize Park underground station and coming into town to go to the British Museum (etc.). Hopefully it won't be too hard to find!

You'll actually be closer to Bodeans if you're by the British Museum (here's the website for reference. It's a chain so there are a few of them dotted around unlike Texas Joe's: https://bodeansbbq.com/ )
