My husband couldn't believe how nice a burger was without any fillers the first time I cooked it for him. Before that, he wasn't a big burger fan!  It's not hard to see why!

I LOVE corn pudding. Mmmmm..... I'm seriously drooling on my desk here.
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

My manager was hilarious. She bought the mince for me and was mortified to be buying anything other than 5% fat. She couldn't understand how it was going to taste good with so much fat in it.

How do these people exist? Lolol

Listen Jimbo... I fed this to my British coworkers and they LOVED it. Really loved it!

I didn't get pictures of the rest of the food but I made hamburgers (made my own patties with beef and pork mince, salt and pepper only. No fillers), all beef hot dogs, baked beans, mac and cheese, corn pudding peanut butter pie and Key Lime pie. My manager made chili plus a variety of toppings for the burgers and dogs. I made all of the dips... onion dip, Ranch, fruit dip, spinach dip and buffalo chicken dip.

This is my managers back garden. She had it all decorated by the time I got there.

They are the best!

The Scots I've come to know, both through work and now my new Ramblers walking group have been nothing but warm and welcoming.

We all love slagging each other off but we all have a shared core belief... that as human beings, we all deserve love, respect and friendship. And it is that belief that makes me love Scotland so much.

No hershey's or marshmallow but I've got some graham crackers if that helps? haha (in fact, I think I'll make some graham crackers and peanut butter right now)

Waitrose own brand marshmallows - don't use the pink ones, but the white ones would work for s'mores. Maybe. ;D

If they're anything like the normal pink/white marshmallows, I'm totally all set LOL  Different sugar levels and it throws everything off.

Haven't eaten them, myself (don't like marshmallows) but the Daughter had someone bring them over here for a party once and she's saying they have a "slight funk" to them but should still work in a s'more since you're going to have all the other flavors going on.  ;D

I've used Haribo's marshmallows in sm'ores before and if those pink and white ones are the same as the Waitrose ones, they definitely don't work in sm'ores IMO lol The taste isn't righ and the size is a bit awkward they aren't quite big enough but also aren't small enough to use multiple. The problem is that they added TOO much of their own flavour and it just didn't work for me. It's a no from me LOL

You know, I could really go for a slab of carne asada, with a side of Mexican rice, fresh pico, and some freshly made flour tortillas. Like from that little place in Old Town in San Diego.

Sigh. THAT ain't gonna happen.  ::)

I'm not worried about finding marshmallows, as I seem to see 'American' and 'BBQ Marshmallows' everywhere at the moment.

Aldi has them. And not the pink ones.

I see them on and off again but never when I need them lol If we can find someone with hershey's, we can have a 3-way trade of ingredients haha

I don't often come across plain hershey's (just the cookies and cream for some reason), but - in fairness - I don't particularly enjoy it so I don't actively look out for it lol

Yeah, you know, I don't think I've seen just plain Hershey's, and definitely not Hershey's Dark, since we've been here.
