I ALWAYS get fried clams when I'm back home. Why don't we get fried clams here?

  Along with fried oysters!  My favourite is when you just get a big basket full of fried and don't know what's what until you eat it.  With unlimited ice tea!

It is so easy to get raw oysters here fresh from the boat. But no one fries them. I've had them raw but it's not my favourite thing.

The only clams I see for sale here are typically frozen (still in the shell) and they are tiny. It doesn't seem like a good use of time to clean a hundred tiny clams for a meal.

Tea... that reminds me. I still have Lipton tea bags and I need to make some sugar free sweet tea for tomorrow.

Ooh, me too...I've got some thin-cut steaks in the fridge, and my bread roll game kicked up a notch recently when I bought some better quality flour... I could do this.  Well, not right now.  I'd need to make the bread.  But in the near future.

I just looked... the French dip is an American thing.  New food to introduce to my husband!!  I'm gonna do it!
