What food are you craving right now?

Cullen Skink.  How I would loooooooooove a good bowl of cullen skink right now.

I've started to make really small soft tacos, and I can't stop thinking about them because we're having them for dinner tonight.

It's a small homemade flour tortilla, a white bean frijole-mole ( like white beans lightly fried with olive oil, jalapenos, cumin, garlic, coriander, lime and then made into a guac style paste),grilled onions for texture, guac, salsa, slow cooker pulled pork (or chicken or whatever), squeeze fresh lime and topped with smoked cheddar.

I would just like some orange juice. Ooooh, or maybe some iced tea with a few drops of Robinsons Black Currant mixed in.

I wish I lived closer, too! Somehow, I'm actually better at cooking English style stuff than Texan stuff. Weird.  Maybe I will make it down there sometime and I can swing by for dinner!
