It's been slow yesterday and today for me.

I hadn't noticed anything, but I haven't been here much for the last two or three days.  Seems fine at the moment.

I've just completed some maintenance, hopefully that will help any speed issues.

I know you're very busy, Leah...but just wanted to say the site has been running quite slowly for the last day or so (for me).  Anyone else?

You're fab!  Thank you!  :-*  For the moment, it seems to be going quicker again.  :)

Just to let you know Leah, I've been having slow issues as well, so much so that IE has been timing out stating that the website is unavailable at some points.

I attempted some maintenance which caused high loads and the server required rebooting. I'll resume those at a less busy time, like the weekend, and take other steps to improve server performance in the meantime, please bear with us and apologies for the inconvenience.

After discussion with server technicians, I'm opting for a memory upgrade, from the current 1Gig, to 2Gig, as the server seems to struggle with our traffic levels which steadily increase. Moving to a better spec server is not an affordable option at this time. I've issued the "yes please" and waiting to find out the upgrade date/time, at which point I'll make an announcement of the scheduled downtime. :)
