That when it comes to tendon injuries, anti-inflammatories actually speed the healing process (it's not just a quick-fix band-aid solution).

Ha!  That's one I learned immediately--my FIL hates them with a passion, and hubby really likes them (and cooks with them)!  :D

I recently learned that Asda sells a 500g bag of shredded carrots for like 50p...
Easier to clean then my food processor!

...how fibreglass is made in the aeroplane industry, and why it is so much tougher to impact than 'normal' glass...
