tins of pumpkin what can i make

I have about 5 tins of Pumpkin in the cup board, apart from pumpkin pie do you have any suggestions of good recipes so i can use this up.

I am in the mood to bake  :)

Pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin gooey butter cake (Paula Deen recipe) are two of my favs!  You could also make pumpkin bread or pumpkin muffins.

Pumpkin soup, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin triffle- pumpkin mixed with butterscotch pudding with gingerbread and whipped cream and pecans layered in a bowl, pumpkin oatmeal cookies, pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin gingerbread, pumpkin bread, pumpkin brownies...ahh I could go forever, pumpkin has lots of uses!
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

OMG, my mouth is watering. Pumpkin Cheesecake sounds delicious. Going to scower for some recipes now. Thanks ladies, you have got my creative juices flowing.

Pumpkin bars!!! I've made some low cal pumpkin bars that don't taste low cal at all!

I have a pumpkin dip recipe I'll find that is scrumptious with gingersnaps!

Pumpkin Dip

1 16oz. can pureed pumpkin
1 8oz package cream cheese
2-3 cups confectioner's suger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp minced fresh ginger

Place all ingredients in bowl and beat with electric mixer until fluffy.

I went to the Thames festival today, and sampled pumpkin and feta muffins!  Absolutely amazing.
