If you enter again on the fiance visa they'll just stamp on the page opposite to it.

Does this mean that you can leave the country and return on your fiance visa as long as you are still within your 6 months?

Yes.  Until you marry, that is, then you would not be able to leave and re-enter until you had switched to spouse.

You would if on fiance visa be staying as long as you want after all you had the fiance visa so you could come over and marry here within the 6 months so it will be forever, have a good flight and enjoy your wedding plans and the forever bit  :)

Careful how that's worded.

Someone may interpret this as 'you can stay as long as you want on a fiance visa' -- which isn't the case (there are further steps to take past this point and more kidneys to sell fees to pay.) :P
