Was it just me or did anyone else have the Greatest American Hero theme in their head after seeing William Katt as that reporter?

Was that 1980??? I used to love that song.... :P  Didnt like the weird goatee line he was sporting.

I liked it, but I think there are some really tiresome weaknesses that I don't want to get into in case someone hasn't seen these episodes.

We need spoiler tags!

Did the entire writing staff have massive aneurysms over the summer?  Did they all take dumb pills before they started writing this season?  Ugh.

Agreed.
I'm just not buying ... oh, do we need a separate spoilers thread??

Yes please!  I have Sky plussed the first few episodes, but haven't seen them yet!

(Or you can do that *white type* thing that was done in the Doctor Who thread).

Thanks,

Vicky

Where are you in the States? We are about to watch episode 3 tonight. Call me queer, but I really enjoyed the first two... :-\\\\

Who?
I'm in California, Abby's in Wisconsin.

I tried the white type but deleted the post because I could still read it!

But now I see there's a spoiler thread!!!  :)

I think I'm just expecting too much.  I do hope that I can soon jump on your bandwagon, though.  There is so much about this show that can be fabulous!

Sorry, I worded that wrong. I meant what episode is the US on as we're just seeing number 3 on Wed....

Last week was episode four.  At least I'm pretty sure of that - they showed the first two consecutively, so I'm a bit thrown about where we are.

Yeah, I've been keeping up on it - it was episode 4 in the US this week. BBC Two have shown two episodes so far (they aired them separately rather than as a double bill), whereas BBC Three is one episode ahead of them (they're airing the next episode on BBC Three right after the one on BBC Two at 9pm on Wed nights).
