Paul Newman passed away :(

There's not an article to link to, but the Breaking News banner on msnbc says that the AP is reporting that Paul Newman has died at age 83, after battling cancer.

Very sad news. One of the all time greats. Loved 'the Sting'. He was one of the most handsome and talented men of his generation.

I'm so sad for his wife Joanne Woodward and the loss she must be feeling. What a great marriage they had.

Its so sad!! He was a great actor and a great man for mankind Cool Hand Luke is one of my favorite movies! Not to mention all the good he has done with his Newman's Own food!

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and The Sting are two of the greatest films ever.  This is so sad.

I just watched Exodus on tv a couple weeks ago. He was an excellent actor and philanthropist.
