Strictly Come Dancing 2008

Who's watching besides me?  And who do we like/not like this year? And why does Anton always get the person who can't dance?

ME!!!

I absolutely LOATHE Garry Rhodes. But so far there isn't anyone I'm just loving yet. This is partially because it comes on during the witching hour at our house and I've not been able to concentrate on it much. :P

And poor Anton. Maybe he lost this time because he's too busy with Step Up to the Plate?!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

What is it about Gary Rhodes?  Why is he always so smiley?  And why is his body so pumped?  It's weird. I can't get my head around it.

Poor, poor Anton. I do love him. I think when Bruce retires, if they can convince Anton to give up dancing, he'd be a perfect replacement!

Gary Rhodes creeps me out with his hips! UGH!!

I'd like Lisa Snowdon to do well, but she's a bit wooden so far. That Austin man (whom I'd never heard of) is really very good. Christine Bleakley and Cherie Lunghi are good too.

Apparently Rhodes works out every day. But his body is weird somehow, out of proportion slightly or something. I've never liked him as a TV chef but I dislike him even more now. Something almost creepy about him.

He looks as if he's built up his upper body, but not his lower, and that he's concentrated only on bulking up, and not on posture at all. He needs to strengthen his back to improve his posture. So his muscly upper body sort of hunches over, and his little hips and pelvis jut forward. It's not a pretty picture.

He's very cute! But I do think Austin is a smidge better - so far, anyway.

Think what he must be like in bed. Tee hee hee.

I'm loving it this year. I think that everyone is actually doing quite well considering it's only the beginning. I'm loving the Tom and Austin competition. I'd like Jodie to be a bit better but she's so gangly. I don't like Lisa Snowden but I think it's not got anything to do with her but with Brendan Cole who I really really dislike.

And poor Anton. We love him so. He should win at least once.

And how much do I love John Sargeant?!? Bruno was right when he said he was like a loveable older uncle. He really is and I love that he's enjoying himself so much. So cute!

LOL. It's your fault. You were talking about hips and pelvis jutting and all that stuff. Someone was going to say it!!!!
