Healthy Cooking Blog?
« on: October 14, 2008, 03:06:52 PM »
Does anyone have any favourite healthy cooking blogs?  I really enjoy cooking and am always looking for new ideas, but it's so much easier to find recipes that are not-so-good for you rather than healthy ones.  Any recommendations are appreciated!

www.epicurious.com has a filter on their search for healthy recipes. It's not a blog, but it has all the recipes from a few magazines and various other sources.

It's my general go-to site for recipes.
Another shameless promotion for www.mclevey.com, the best place on the internet to buy art.

I really like www.hungry-girl.com

I subscribe to her daily email and get loads of great recipes.  I also bought her book. (In the US)

A lot of her stuff is Weight Watchers based.

oooh thanks for the link! I'm always looking for new stuff. I tend to fix the same things over and over. It doesn't bother me, but I think DH would enjoy some variety. The problem with him is he so darn picky so once I find something that works I stick with it.

This is what my husband is like as well!  We have the same stuff over and over.
