And no, wouldn't be insane....lol.  I bought tabs already....infact, I bought TWO incase something happens to one of the sets..lol  I haven't bought my binder yet though because it all depends on how thick it's going to be, although I've seen someone had to use a 5" binder once.  That's THICK!

Re: the letter from employer - this is the information I got from the visa websties on that:
   Letter from employer in the UK stating your position in the company, length of service, annual salary, and whether the position is permanent

So that's what I told DH to get. It won't need to be a long complicated letter. I'm sure they have enough to read through anyway they don't need to be bogged down with unnecessary chit chat in a letter.

FYI - in the visa section regarding that link, we have been debating whether it is actually credible information. It seems not to be. I am still trying to get some kind of idea as to how long it would take to process the visa. Looks like I might bite the bullet and use a courier after all. Really don't want to spend the extra money though.

Patty, if I didn't blow my nose, I'd have snot running all down my face by now! lol Not sure how it'd cause further infection. I'm already infected. Too late now, anyway. I went to the hockey game and screamed my lungs out. It was SO close! They definitely surprised me tonight. They don't usually do so well in back to back games! Had tons of fun with my sister.... Now off to bed so I can get up at 5:15 to get in the 3 mile run I didn't do this afternoon due to the rain, wind and feeling like crap!

I'm intrigued by this no nose blowing concept...you'd think the constant sniffing and causing everything to stay in your sinuses would cause more infection?  I was always under the impression that THAT was how you got a sinus infection...

Well ladies I suppose it's about time we spread the news.....Alan and I found out that we are expecting our first child this year  YAYAYAYA so the little one is due in early October.  Everything is happening so fast but here it is! We're both pretty excited it took a few day to get over the initial shocker of the news but got over it pretty quick haha:) YAY  Our first prenatal appointment is a week from today!!

I know I am late responding to the rest of the thread...Chi chi I know the Courier is a little more expensive but it is the quickest way to get your visa turned around. From what I understand is because the carrier carries it in and comes back each day to pick up the visas they get turned around quicker then the snail mail ones. Most of the people I have seen on UKY that have had quick turnaround with their visa's used a courier...

Beth you mean they are saying it is bad to blow your nose...well I don't believe them I just had a mean sinus infection for 3 weeks I am just getting over it and the only thing that helped me get thru it was to blow my nose or I wouldn't be able to breath lol

The winds are SOOOOOOOO bad here today.  And it was in the 60s yesterday, today it's in the 30s and we're supposed to get snow later.  I despise NE Ohio weather.   

And I've got 6 weeks until Ian arrives here.  Time needs to go as fast as this wind right now.

Well, I am in full girly moody week swing. You know when you can just FEEL that you are moody for "no apparent reason". hahaha. Yeah. So I'm currently trying to satiate that beast by stuffing it with a custard filled chocolate covered donut at the moment and almost feel sick... but sooo good. Maybe it will keep me from wanting to rip DH's head off every time I talk to him. Poor guy.

Seriously, I keep thinking it's later this week than it actually is. The last two days I thought it was Thursday, and today I keep thinking it's Friday. No such luck though.

Chi_chi- I'm with you on the mixed up days. I keep thinking it's Friday, too. On top of it, we are wearing our Friday jeans at work today because tomorrow there's some something or other going on where the parents will be at school, so the principal wants us to wear "professional wear" tomorrow and switched jeans to today!

And I got up early to get my run in, since I was supposedly going to have to tutor till late tonight. Got into work this morning and they'd cancelled. :/// I'm dragging so bad, too, due to the late hockey game! lol Oh well. At least I won't feel guilty going home for a nap this afternoon after the one tutoring session that didn't cancel!
