Pepper Jack and Smoked Jack cheese.
Had the Pepper Jack on a Jacket potato tonight for tea and it was really nice! I have no idea if it's anything like what you can get in the states as I've lived here for so long now, I can't even really remember what Monterey Jack should really taste like these days.
