I want them!  BANG!

 ;D

Thank you, ladies. I was a little disappointed in the way they looked, to be honest. I always have this vision of perfect cupcakes (or whatever) in my head, and things rarely work out that way.

I just made a graveyard cake for one of our mommy groups, which went down a treat  ;)

So simple...Choc. cake, choc. ganache, crumbled oreos for the dirt, shortbread cookies for the graves, marshmallow ghost peeps, and candy corn scattered strategically.  Looked a lot like this:  http://coolest-birthday-cakes.shippony.com/images/holidays/halloween/graveyard/graveyard-cake-02.jpg

So much fun to make (and eat)!  But not exactly scary or gross, I guess....

That's great! When I was looking for cupcake ideas, I came across these gravestone ones, which are a bit similar to your big cake:

I made this graveyard cake a couple of years ago for a Halloween party. The kids loved it!

The skeletons came from Clintons cards, but they're plastic so only good for big kids (and really big kids like me). DS helped with decorations.

Edited because I can never get the picture to go in! Darn it!

I love the skeletons buried in the cake!  So cool...
