Sites for booking hotels in London/short notice

Hi all,

I have various members of the family jetting into the UK from all over the globe - mainly the US and the Canadian lot!

I wish we had a house like some of the ones they have! but our little 30's semi won't cope!

Apart from the usual last minute.com, what are the other good comparison/booking sites out there? I want to send the links to them all as they all said they'll sort out bookings and where they want to be/stay - mostly likely them all being in Central London (park lane, victoria, Kensington kinda areas)

If they are looking towards the lower cost (but good quality) end of the market I would send them straight to the Travelodge/Holiday Inn/Comfort Inn websites - these firms usually have the deals on their websites.

Otherwise, www.laterooms.com is quite good.

Cheers for the links - I'll pass them on.....

I know some of them will be looking to mid to lower high of the price ranges! one of em was like I wanted the Savoy but it was just a tad pricey!!

It'll just be for a few days, I think as some of them have never been to London before, they want it to be bit of a memorable stay... !
