i just wanted to thank everyone on this forum. Even a lurker like me benefited immensely. Here is a brief overview of what i did for my spouse visa:
2004- our relationship began
October 17, 2008- finished on line application
October 22, 2008- biometrics appointment
October 23, 2008- Got MARRIED
October 27, 2008- Sent supporting documents via FedEx to courier in LA (A Briggs)
October 28, 2008- Documents arrived at the courier service (they arrived at 9:30 am, which was too late for morning submission so the courier service submitted them on Monday.
Tuesday November 4, 2008- Passport arrived with visa stamp!!!
