ILR Fee - Pay Once or for Each Family Member?
« on: November 06, 2008, 05:44:04 PM »
Hey folks,

I am asking this question quite a ways in advance since I am still 3 1/2 years out on the matter..... However, I am in the country on a five year work permit. In 3 1/2 years I will want to move to Indefinite Leave to Remain for myself, my wife & my three kiddos.

Will I have to pay the exhorbatant fees once for my family or, rather, once for each of us?

If I am correct, the current fee is £750. Obviously this x5 is £3750 ... which is freaking crazy. Anyone know if this is the situation I'll be in come spring 2012? (of course, I understand the fee/fees may increase by then....)

Cheers,
Paul Thompson

At the moment it is one for the whole family (assuming dependents are under 18).  But this may change by then, who knows.
