I was just reading over the policy for Tier 2 and noticed the maintenance requirements (yikes). I saw that there was a provision stating that if you cannot provide 3 months of bank statements showing that you have the funds, you can prove it after you apply (for 4 months after Tier 2 goes live). Does anyone know anything about this?
Long story short - I had my money in ING Direct and I moved it around in September to HSBC (ING Direct doesn't provide any official docs- UGH). It was all settled in October in HSBC, but with the three month requirement, I can't apply for Tier 1 or now even this until January.
Thoughts on what I should do? I had no clue about this, and am in the running for a job in the UK. Ugh.
