ILR Approval Query
« on: November 10, 2008, 01:05:53 PM »
We have been advised that our application for set(m) has been reviewed and the passports/documents are now in the post. When we asked whether it had been approved, they advised that they couldn't tell us!! (policy)!! Now common sense would suggest that if everything has been returned it should all be OK but from a paranoia perspective would they decline the app and send it all back without requesting further info???

Thanks

rjholland1, it is not possible to give a 100% cast-iron guarantee that the ILR visa is in the passport, but in view of the fact no queries have been raised, nor extra documents requested, it would be extremely unusual that the application has been declined.

Put it another way, I look forward to reading your "application successful" post in a day or two!

Congratulations, glad it worked out. Now you can get on with planning the next stage ..... naturalisation? When did you come to the UK?
