Yes, if they don't publish the results of this, I am all over it with another FOI.

The survey is geared towards anyone who has contacted (or tried to contact) UKBA, including consulates overseas and Worldbridge, by e-mail or phone. So that's lots of people on here. If you take a couple of minutes to fill in the form, then maybe, just maybe, they'll listen, and things will improve...

We can but hope!

Done. My contact was brief and only mildly wrong, but nonetheless... 

I answered all the questions, including a bit of typing, and then my response 'timed out'!

Vicky, maybe you should just print out your response, and get it spiral-bound....
