it's just the new tag/icon for Charter Members, as far as I can tell.

Yeah, ironically, if you're not a charter member apparently, you can't access the link you just posted about it being for charter members.

Exactly!  Considering the amount of time I spend here, not to mention the time and money Leah has put into the site, I'm more than happy to do what I can to help out. :)

OH! I thought you had to literally be a charter member- as in one of the first members! LOL I've never noticed a membership link before. I will be joining now. TOTALLY worth the money (especially now with the great exchange rate for me! haha!) Thanks! :)

Although we've put our UK plans on hold for now, UKY has been such an invaluable resource in researching our move. 
I don't know how I would have managed without the DEFRA pets for dummies thread-and hey, my furry family members are all set to travel years before I am...
Count me in as well. :)
