Any recipes for a cashew lentil loaf?

I have bought a 500g bag of raw cashews so that we can have a cashew lentil roast for Christmas. 
Does anyone have a recipe that they would like to share?  It doesn't necessarily have to have lentils in it.

Sounds scrummy although it doesn't have the lentils.  Maybe you could substitute for the bulgur??
