Dual Citizenship

When DH goes for his interview, as I will also be there.  We have two children, our oldest whose 3yrs old has dual citizenship, and our 3 month old, well we our working on that, do they need to be present at the interview?

No - and you will be glad that you don't have them with you. You wouldn't want any distractions. AND you will have a lot of walking and waiting. There were people there with children - but I just felt sorry for the poor kids and the parents

I just read the subject line - dual citizenship! I have no experience in that so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Will this appointment only be for your husband? Or for your youngest too?

This appt will only be for Hubby.  Both of my children were born here.  We have an appt with the Embassy in August  to get my youngest his American passport.

  I didn't think they needed to be present, but you definitely want to have all of the information you can gather, just in case. 

And, yes I don't fancy my children coming to the Embassy, to me that would be the day from hell.  A 3yr old running around w/ nothing to do, and my 3 month old, forget it.  Hey you never know, maybe they would just give us a visa to get us out of there.  HMMMM!!

There were a few toys there for the children. Heck, we sat and put puzzles together with one of the children!!!

Your youngest will have to go with you in August though, to register him, it's law as of a few weeks ago. I just went into London a few days ago to register my child, so if you've got any questions feel free to ask.
