I totally agree about placebos.  They clearly work for whatever reason and I agree that people should have access to counseling. 

I just get frustrated when people say stuff the natural drugs are safe because they are natural.  Sorry if I came off a little strong.

I agree, also. I just object to people paying a lot of mony for them or for people using them instead of essential treatments - e.g. if they have a severe infection which isn't going away on its own,  and they put off taking antibiotics.

I've used EFT and it seems to calm me down.  It works with your acupuncture meridiens.  Since it's free and there are no side effects, why not try it?

There are slightly different ways of tapping, depending on the website, some shorter and some longer sequences.   It can't hurt to try it.   I also spotted some demos at YouTube.
