Anyone heard from her?

Midnight Blue, hope you're doing all right, and just having trouble getting back on-line!

I'm hoping she's just having a good long sleep and is exhausted. Poor sweet thing was tiptoeing around all the night before into the wee hours gathering up her things.

Same. Just stumbled onto this thread this morning and really wishing her well!

I just found this thread too, Midnight, you are very brave and in my thoughts and prayers.

Does anyone have a way to contact her and see if she is ok? (email, cell number, etc)

She did say that she'd installed her hard drive into that b"%@tards, so might not have a computer of her own. Hope she can just remember "uk-yankee.com" and use her friends' computer.

How very sad and scary, I hope you are ok and have managed to get someplace safe now.

I made it! Oh wow all of you, thank you, thank you, thank you for all this incredible support!!!!!!!!!

It has been chaotic and I just now managed to get access and get back here to you guys -- haven't had any sleep for the past two nights.

But we made it out (me and my little US kitty who has already traveled such a long way to be with me!) Kitty is traumatized, first from having to hear the fights, now from being in a new and strange place with lots of people, but at least we are away from that jerk whose whole energy aimed at us was poison. By the time that guy had reached his most bitter at me, it was not just me being called names and insults but even my innocent cat...Nice. Thank god we're away from all that now. Only problem is, I never had a bill in my name at that place, nor will at this one, and the post office won't forward mail without it! I'm still completely disenfranchised from things like that because that man never did help me get established in the way he could have assisted with. I still can't gat a bankc account, for the same reason.

But I'm safe and the people in THIS house love me and want to help, and it's so healing to be back around that again....This guy LOEVD to say "you have nobody, noboyd wil help you...." Well, Thursday seven  amazing friends and their family and their friends all came to my rescue and formed a chain of help with no hesitation. There are still good people in my world --- and all of YOU guys too.

Thank you MOUNTAINS for the support I've discovered in this thread today; I am actually moved to tears at the kindness in these posts.

Hope to get back anytime I can sneak time on the PC...

YEA!!!!!!  I was worried about you.... glad you are safe and sound.  Just try to relax and be positive, this is a big corner you have turned and I am sure things will work out for you.  I know the feeling of freedom you get when you finally dump a controlling loser!!!
