Don't worry John I will be adding my fuel costs to the compensation I'm going to demand from the adjudicator, along with stress, postage/recorded delivery costs, phone costs etc

I might charge them administation fees for everything too depending on how long they take to acknowledge my complaints.  ;D

It is outrageous that so many vulnerable people like pensioners and disabled people are reliant on this system. Its taken me forever to get this sorted out whilst having the benefit of the internet to look into solutions, the phone, my own transport and handouts from family, god knows how many people are just sitting around in poverty waiting, thinking ficticious problems need to be solved whilst the system sits about smoking fags and eating digestives!
Disgusting!

Sounds like us from May to November last year (2008). It was September 28th before anyone even LOOKED at our claim, when my husband telephoned them to find out what was going on.
